1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using JustCityPlace, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to applicable laws. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Directory service
JustCityPlace provides a directory platform for discovering and publishing business information. We are not the business listed on a directory page, and we are generally not a party to transactions, appointments, payments, services, warranties or disputes between visitors and listed businesses.
3. Responsibility of business owners and submitters
The business owner or user who submits, edits or supplies listing content is responsible for that content. This includes responsibility for business names, descriptions, categories, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, map links, opening hours, claims, promotions and other submitted information.
You must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, unlawful, harmful, duplicate or spam content. You must have the right and authority to publish the information you submit. You are also responsible for keeping your listing reasonably current.
If your submitted information, products, services, conduct or business activity causes a complaint, claim, loss or dispute, responsibility remains with you to the extent the matter arises from your content or conduct. JustCityPlace administrators and operators do not become responsible for a business merely because its information appears in the directory.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and email account secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide a working email address and complete email verification where required. We may restrict or disable access where we reasonably suspect abuse, unauthorized use or a serious violation of these terms.
5. Publication, moderation and removal
Submission does not guarantee publication, ranking, traffic, leads or continued availability. We may use automated or manual checks and may reject, correct, restrict, archive or remove content that appears inaccurate, duplicate, misleading, low-quality, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with these terms or directory guidelines.
A published listing, Featured status, Claimed status or other display treatment does not amount to a guarantee, certification or endorsement of the business unless we expressly state otherwise.
6. Visitor responsibility
Visitors should independently verify important information before relying on a listing, making a payment, visiting a location, booking a service or entering into a transaction. Directory data can become outdated and may contain mistakes despite reasonable quality controls.
7. Third-party links and services
JustCityPlace may link to websites, maps, social networks, advertisers and other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, products or actions.
8. No warranties
The service and directory information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, business quality, availability of services, results, rankings, leads or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JustCityPlace and its administrators, operators and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on third-party listing content, dealings with a listed business, third-party websites, service interruption or unauthorized misuse outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after updated terms are published means the current terms apply to your continued use.
